ESI is pleased to show you a series of 6 rotator cuff strength exercises that can be performed on a daily basis. With improved rotator cuff strength, shoulder function can be improved and overuse injuries can be minimized. This set of 6 exercises will take you only 2-3 minutes per day and will be effective in helping to strengthen your shoulder muscles!
